Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person

  • Provide accurate information about products and services

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain customer records and update account information

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)

  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
