Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure the accuracy of general ledger and subsidiary ledger transactions.
- Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee billing, collections, and payments.
- Manage vendor reconciliations and ensure timely disbursements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and assist in collection efforts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns as per the submission date.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for tax planning and audits.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Track budget vs. actuals and analyze variances.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Support and guide junior staff in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
