We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize the operations of our school uniform and accessories distribution centre. This role combines warehouse oversight with financial tracking, inventory accuracy, supplier coordination, and online inventory system management. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of school uniforms to clients across the South region while maintaining cost-efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

• Track and control warehouse expenses, budgeting, and procurement costs.
• Generate and analyse financial reports tied to stock movements and order cycles.
• Work closely with the accounts department to manage payments and invoicing related to inventory.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock levels of school uniforms categorized by school, size, and gender.
• Implement stock rotation and regular cycle counts, minimizing write-offs or shortages.
• Ensure labelling and segregation of uniforms per school specifications.

3. Procurement & Supplier Relations

• Manage stock ordering schedules based on seasonal demand and school academic calendars.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, and handle issues related to delays, shortages, or defective stock.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in apparel or school-related distribution.
• Punctuality is of utmost importance
• Knowledge of inventory software.
• Familiarity with school calendar-based seasonal demand cycles is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tight schedules and multiple delivery pipelines efficiently.
