| Job Description: |
- Guidance on the appropriate risk mitigation measures required for operational and integrity related Process Safety issues.
- Guidance for operational issues on safety engineering systems including fire / explosion protection systems, and emergency facilities.
- Provide guidance, development and lateral learning to other HSE Engineers.
- Facilitating hazard workshops for Process hazards. These may include HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification and Facility Layout and Siting.
- Provide coaching, direction and guidance in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HSE deliverables. These may include Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Consequences Modelling, Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Fire & Gas Mapping Study, Air Dispersion Modelling (ADM), ALARP Demonstration, Escape Evacuation Risk Assessment (EERA), Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Control of Major Accidental Hazards (COMAH), Bow-tie Analysis etc.
- Managing discipline work to the required schedule and manhour allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan, and day-to-day supervision of sub-discipline personnel on the project.
- Knowledge of safety related codes, standards and recommended practices.SIL Assessment, Validation and Verification training.
- Software capabilities including PHAST and Safeti.
