Purpose: find ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services. Handle face-to-face enquires from customers and prompt response as per query. Assist Sales by developing a strong sales coordination and record system.
PLEASE NOTE: The timings for job are 10:30am to 8:00pm; Monday-Saturday. There is no flexibility in job timings.
The company is looking to hire and require joining on an immediate basis.
Major Job Duties:
· Communicating courteously with customers by telephone ,email, letter and face to face ;
· Investigating and solving customers’ complaints
· Complaint handling of appliances, and rectifying the complaints
· Communicating to clients the charges involved in repair and maintenance
· Keep update the site statues of customer’s
· Keep update about delivery and installation schedules, and communicate those to the customers
· Coordinate with site supervisors and production team for updating the problem for prompt rectification
· Prepare reports analyzing the customer service
· Develop and maintain a filing system for client files
· Tracking outdoor sales executives and surveyors
· Check daily sales performance
· Keep a track of sales targets for the entire sales team.
· Oversee and supervise showroom maintenance.
· Assist the sales team members
· Always look for new ideas for performance improvement
· Keep meet the company prevailing SOP’s
· Learning about your organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
