IRC has been working in Pakistan for over 30 years, and manages & delivers large, complex programs to meet needs in health, education, protection, environmental health and livelihoods for displaced, poor & conflict-affected communities. IRC works in partnership with local government and non-governmental organizations and currently works in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh provinces.
Job Overview/Summary:
The Office Aide is responsible for providing general clerical services in support of the program administration
Major Responsibilities:
· Maintain stationary stocks and distribute stationary supplies, in keeping with IRC policies and procedures, as assigned. Document the distribution and usage of stationary supplies. Help to identify problems with the quality, appropriateness and usage of supplies and materials.
· Photocopy, collate, sort and distribute documents, as requested. Help to insure that photocopy machines are maintained and used properly. Identify and report maintenance problems. Keep photocopy machines stocked with paper and supplied with toner.
· Run errands, as directed.
· Participate in professional training and development activities, as needed or requested.
· Assist cook in meal preparation.
· Perform other duties as assigned

· Previous experience working with any organization
Education:
· Matriculate
Work Experience:
§ Minimum 01 year work experience with an INGO or in offices
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

· Photocopying and maintaining files
· Record keeping
Language Skills:
· Local languages and Urdu
