| Job Description: |
- Enter reservation into the system. Make sure all data is entered correctly as per the email.
- Allocate drivers/vehicles for each duty.
- Check out the vehicle at “Check-out” time as per the system.
- Brief the drivers thoroughly, giving all details of the duties to be performed, with routes and addresses.
- On completion of duty, ensure the rental is closed immediately and all relevant details are available and entered into the system.
- Handle petty cash for all operations related activities.
- Attend telephone calls and respond to any client's queries.
- Make fuel entries in the ERP system on daily basis.
- Perform any other duty given by the line manager.
- Must have basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Offices, Outlook and other related applications.
