Job Description: |
A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilites:
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
- Generate bi-monthly reports on our marketing campaign's performance.
- Being able to devise SEO plans, SEO activity and execute them.
- And also delegate some tasks to the dev or design teams.
- Facebook Ads marketing to increase brand awareness in low cost
- Facebook Ads marketing to acquire leads with minimum cost/lead
- Google ads to do both mentioned above
- Organic Web & Social Media Traffic
- Some knowledge of PPC, but not necessary
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
- Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed).
- Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas.
- Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results.
- Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures.
- Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel.
- Communicate with our Director about marketing goals and results.
