- Meet and acquire clients and properties: meetings with new clients and presents them details about the ongoing and completed projects. These clients are usually individuals or corporate who want to invest in real estate. The duty of the assistant real estate manager is to turn these prospects into customers
- Develop marketing strategies: T develops and implements marketing strategies for the organization. He may revise the existing strategies if they are not able to enhance the brand visibility
- Documentation: maintains and files various documents such as rent receipts, repair expenses, purchase receipts, and all other financial statements.
