Job Description:

Position Purpose:


Responsible for overall operations and internal & external communication including social media marketing, networking events and corporate client marketing of Lifetime Learning @ LUMS. Moreover, the person will be managing day to day running of the sessions, including evening classes.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Development of Marketing collateral, including Brochures, Flyers, and Social Media content.

  • Marketing of Lifetime Learning @ LUMS including sending brochures and details of courses to top companies of Lahore.

  • Arrange and organize Lifetime Learning @LUMS outreach, events, exhibitions and trips.

  • Develop a structured networking environment for the Lifetime Learning @ LUMS alumni and clients.

  • Communication related tasks of the Lifetime Learning @ LUMS Department. Ensuring coverage and highlights in the university’s internal and external communications.

  • Build Lifetime Learning @ LUMS’s social media presence along with the other section leads and create and maintain discussion forums aligned to Lifetime Learning @ LUMS brand and marketing strategy.

  • Build strong relationships with faculty and staff colleagues internal and external to Lifetime Learning @ LUMS.

  • Carry out research and develop business plans to determine the demand of different courses.

  • Coordination with Lifetime Learning @ LUMS instructors as well as participants.

  • Plan, manage and organize Lifetime Learning @ LUMS operations.

  • Searching faculty for courses, coordinate and plan meetings and finalize their contracts and particulars

  • Develop schedule for different courses according to the availability of participants and instructors.

  • Conduct and manage client/corporate surveys, from time to time, for feedback and to track industry trends and innovation

  • Manage budget and revenue for Lifetime Learning @ LUMS.

  • Managing evening classes and be present when needed to ensure all classes are running smoothly.

  • Supervision of the associated team
