- Monitoring of daily order shipments.
- Update Tracking on software on a daily basis.
- Creating invoices & Gift Invoice.
- Verification of SKU & address.
- Updating order status on software.
- Create a manual order sheet with the weight.
- Correspond with shipper & customer services regarding orders & delivery exception.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
