Job Responsibility:
- Courier and Mail Management.
- Record Keeping.
- Admin work includes completion, maintaining and organizing all the records and files, courier and mails.
- Handling visitors with professional etiquette.
- Assist in implementing policies and procedures.
- Manage all administrative affairs for the office.
- Plans coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
- Other duties that is required in the line with nature of the administrative/ assistant role.
Requirements:
- Self-motivation and ability to work on multiple tasks;
- Ability to work independently or as part of team with minimum supervision.
- Preferably must have her own conveyance.
