The main responsibility is to Corporate & Banquet Sales Manager to maximize and maintain revenues. His/her selling efforts should be directed to the local market and includes all activity designed to develop maximum Banquet, Convention, Cinema, GYM, Pool, Restaurant & Membership revenue. He/ She must keep abreast of ever-changing pattern of consumer demand and increasing competitive conditions.
Following are the major areas of action:
· The main responsibility is to manage the local sale effort within the local market to generate pro-actively revenue.
· The basic guideline to do this is the Club business plan.
· He/she recognize, develop and maintain key accounts/ prospects.
· He/she aware of the market trends from all the existing and positional feeders.
· Increases revenues from major operating departments: Banquet Halls, Golf, Traxx, Swimming pool, Laundry, Outside Catering, Sponsorship, Membership etc.
· Organize and promote, in cooperation with food & beverages department, special projects such as exhibitions, festivals & tournaments etc.
· Prepare and execute regular direct mail campaign that stimulates local interest in the Club facilities.
· Create and implement social programmed to achieve greater profitability through: increase in average expenditures per guest, increase in APC and increase businesses volume during off-seasons and week-end periods.
· Do the market research on continuing basis to determine where business come from, how it is influence, who the club client are and work closely with marketing manager to improve relation between club and what are there need.
· He/ she care that sales office administration and filing is properly organized and according to our standards.
· In performing, the duties he/ she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her Supervisors, The Banquet Team, Restaurant workers, F & B, Golf & Other Revenue generating departments.
· Ensure that all sale related collaterals are utilize as effective tools.
· Assist Head of Corporate & Banquet Sales insuring that established system, policies and procedures related to sales are implemented and adhered at all time by the sales staff.
· Ensure that incoming correspondence (inquires, request, confirmations) are handled within 24 hours.
· Ensure the all sales reports are completed and complied in time revenues and analysis all reports.
· Assist Head of Corporate & Banquet Sales preparing an annual sales business plan for the Club & daily reports.
