| Job Description: |
- Handling and Overseeing Business Sales Policy (Advance, Recovery, Cash) and Generate Invoicing at National Level Account.
- Take sales order and manage them.
- Making daily dispatch report & inform to sales team about stock dispatching.
- Shifting of product from dealer to dealer.
- Calculation of all dealers’ year end & policy incentives as per company policy.
- Finalize of Sales staff year end incentive as per company policy.
- Stock inspection on monthly basis.
- Drafting a time scale for the job.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Time to time Reconcile Supplier’s Ledger & report differences to directors.
- Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
- Supervising and motivating a Small team of 5 workers.
- Reviewing worker performance.
- Identifying training needs.
- Assist to Logistic Manager regarding making Weight Load & Route Plan for vehicles dispatching.
