We are looking for individuals to work as sales agent in our call centre. As the company is UK based travel agency and most of the clients are English speaking, we need candidates with fluent English. Customer service and ticketing experience will be preferred. But we are happy to employ inexperienced candidates if their English communication skills are strong.
Individuals should be self motivated and goal oriented. Should be able to build good relationships with the customers and engage them in a positive manner/ Excellent customer service is expected. Commission will be given on top of salary.
Candidates who can use Sabre will be given preference.

Key tasks to be carried out by the agent would be:
- Answer clients calls and understand the clients’ requirements.
- Engage the clients in a convincing way to secure a purchase.
- Communicate effectively and clearly about the services we offer.
- Routing calls to other departments if required.
- Be able to chat with clients on an online forum.
- Coordinate with the client till the service has been provided and collect feedback later on as a part of after care service.
- Reply to any queries the client has via email.
- Find out fares of tickets and reserve/book the tickets.
