Description:

Store Manager for a Furniture Boutique. Individual may hold an Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Art or Design. Graduates with basic management knowledge would be ideal candidates for this position. 

Individual must be honest, focused professional with an ability to meet deadlines and willingness to work under tight deadlines and maintain store upkeep. Personal conveyance would be preferred. Individual must have an ability to handle managerial bottlenecks and would be required to develop, enhance and smoothen business processes, in addition to managing the up-keep of the boutique and the house keeping staff. Other responsibilities include ensuring delivery schedules, and occasionally handle PR for the Business.

Looking for professionally driven, hardworking professional with good work ethics, communication and management skills to develop processes and ensure smooth running of the business; and is capable of working and fulfilling responsibilities with little or no interferance.

§  Leadership Skills to keep your employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions for your employees. 

§ Create schedules, order supplies and write reports. Time management is essential to make sure everything gets done.

§  Math and Budgeting: Store managers are expected to keep and maintain a budget in almost every field. You will need to be confident in using math skills to make sure you know where your company's money is going.

§ Great verbal communications and writing skills, and presentable personality would be prederred

§  Customer Service Skills: Great customer service skills will help you solve issues before they become problems, and help create customer loyalty.
