Job Description:

Position Summary


Assist in developing training course outlines and coordinate all training related activities. Also help training institutes to institutionalize the training in their course offerings.   


Major Responsibilities (TORs):


·        Help to coordinate trainings organized in different government training institutes


·        Providing support in building digital resource and e-learning platform for trained participants


·        Assist in developing training courses outline based on Training Need Assessment (TNA)


·        Coordinating and assisting trainers and training institutes in developing training based on TNA 


·        Assist in preparing TORs of the trainers and speakers of the training course


·        Assist in identifying and coordinating appropriate trainers and speakers for capacity building training of government official belonging to different cadre on media engagement and crisis communication


·        Assist in authoring insightful post-training analysis report(s) based on training objectives, including recommendations for future trainings


·        Assist in developing TNA, pre/post training assessment forms and perform data analysis using statistical tools.


·        Assist in planning/execution of administrative and logistic arrangements of the trainings on quarterly basis


·        so they are able to conduct similar trainings on their own


·        Taking lead in transferring knowledge and skillset to training institute/academy and to assist them  to institutionalize similar training programs as part of regular course offerings 


·        Assist organization to build training resource repository and also extend similar support to partner training academies/institutes.   



  • Perform other duties assigned by reporting line and senior managers 


Essential:


·        Good written and spoken English


·        Must be well versed with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel


·        Experience in project documentation and reporting


·        Event Management experience


Desirable:


·        Previous experience working in any training institute, preferably in government sector


·        Previous experience in working on e-learning application 


·        Proactive and self-driven



  • Previous experience of being Master of Ceremony (MC)
