1. Developing a sales Pipeline of potential clients for all the product lines
2. Meeting with clients and arranging business deals.
3. Achieve the sales targets set by the organization.
4. Help clients to make their decisions about their requirement of tiles and stones.
5. Liaise with the Regional General Manager & Head of Department Sales & Marketing to prepare customized proposals and pricing as per the corporate client need.
6. Relationship Management with Clients to ensure continual and repeat sales with clients.
7. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
8. Discuss and finalize the quotes with the management.
9. Maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS pertaining to the portfolio and publish to top management periodically
10. Plan, control and direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume and profit target and to develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the Company’s products
11. Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new products, new business and market opportunities
12. Develop marketing policy, recommend product and product line revision as well as pricing policy, other strategies and partnership program with distributors in the region
13. Supervise sales activities through sales & sales support personnel
14. Supports & manage the field sales force, including training & motivation towards agreed objectives
15. Design, develop and deliver effective sales management and training programmers to ensure sales force potential is maximized.
