| Job Description: |
- To analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
- To find potential clients, individuals, or businesses in need of loans.
- To help clients to apply for loans and review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to bank’s policy.
- To analyze and verify the application to determine the client’s worthiness.
- To get the approval of BCC before disbursement of loan amount.
- To submit applications to credit risk officer for verification and recommendation.
- To disburse the loan after complete satisfaction of related formalities.
- To compute payment schedules and make sure client understand it.
- To educate the customer to pay the installment at bank’s counter.
- To handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- To manage the repayment schedules of customers for timely recovery of their monthly installments.
- To build a good rapport with clients to make him/her repeat client.
- To follow up on delayed installments.
- To initiate collateral liquidation if a client defaults on a loan.
- To prepare reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
- To prepare daily activity report to be sent to the BM.
- To achieve targets as per branch daily/weekly/monthly score card.
