Job Description:

• Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Claims Handling

• Supervises different sections of Customer Services Department

• Administrate & Monitor of following sections:

1. Calls Handling

2. Pending

3. HFC (Hold for Collection)

• Attends to all major written / telephonic complaints of customers

• Attends all incoming mails (Memo, E-mail, Telex, Fax)

• Ensures timely response to customer’s queries related to Outgoing & Incoming shipments

• Arranges interim reply to customer complaints & claims

• Coordinates with Operations & other departments for satisfactory reply to the customer’s queries, complaints and claims

• Handles walk-in customers

• Ensures maintenance & filing of all records (Complaints, Emergency Handling, Daily Action, Manifests, Delivery Sheets & Claims)

• Maintain record and disposal of dead shipments

• Deals with insurance companies for acquisition of better and cost effective services, maintenance of record and insured shipments claims processing.

• Claims handling of following operational disorders:

1. Lost

2. Short Contents

3. Damage

4. Wrong Deliveries

5. Late Deliveries

• Monitors quality of service through following daily reports & takes appropriate actions for improvement

:- 1. Shipment without delivery status 2. Exception codes 3. Extra special shipments
