| Job Description: |
- Ensure all HR Operations like Comp & Bens, Payroll, Welfare, Record, Allowances, payment disbursement plan, Arrears Payment, Probationers Review, Dinner Allowance, Salary Advance, Loan, Final Settlement and Fidelity Insurance etc should be smooth
- Develop & Maintain C&B SOPs & HR Operations activities
- Ensure in time execution of all monthly & annual Payments
- Internal verification of all HR payments before disbursement
- Processig of Annual Payments
- Health Insurance:
- Group Life Assurance
- Renewal of Group Life Assurance & Medical insurance
- Employee Grievance Handling
- Development of Comprehensive Policies of C&B
- Develop standardized reporting templates Enhance existing Proforma’s
- Activity Flow Diagram of all HR Operations activities
- Formulate & implement new policies & procedures
- Prepare policy manual
- Update existing policies
