Key Responsibilities

• Assists with resolving compliance or regulatory escalations, as needed.

• Maintains a knowledge-related to state and national requirements for course and provider ship maintenance.

• Renews existing course approvals and providerships including requesting checks and gathering documents needed for the filing, as well as documents processes required for renewals.

• Assist regulatory counterpart in filing course approval/renewal applications.

• Get training from regulatory analyst on renewal process of different states.

• Maintaining updates on BI`s.

• Team trainings on professional development.

• To develop the ability to train team members through ILT sessions.

• Provide training to the new hires.

• Independent coordination with Austin.

• Usage of Phone/Chat/Email.

• Sharing Resources.

• Meeting project deadlines.

• Document and logging projects on JIRA.

• Active participation in all project meetings and co ordinations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and conducting research

• Knowledge of MS Office products, internet;

• Strong organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills;

• Detail oriented, highly organized, team player and commitment to perfection.
