Qualification and experience:
- At least Bachelors Degree from any reputable university
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Skills and Competency:
- Commissioning, preparing and drafting briefing material, meeting agenda, emails, letters and presentations for the GM Supply Chain
- Keeping and maintaining an accurate record of papers and minute of meetings
- Preparing correspondence and electronic correspondence on behalf of the GM Supply Chain
- Minute general meetings and proactively ensuring actions points are delivered on time
- Able to assist in complete research assignments and prepare statistical reports for the GM Supply Chain
- Producing documents, review memos and reports within agreed deadlines
- Complete travel expense claims for the GM Supply Chain
- Perform all administrative duties and general office duties i.e. organizing and maintaining files, answering phones and operating office equipment.
- Acting as the contact point for all visitors
- Perform any other task assigned
- Well-versed with all operations in an office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
- Must have good stress time management Skill
- Must have ability to work in pressure environment
