| The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors Degree, Masters/MBA would be preferred
- Have at least 2 4 years of years of relevant experience would be preferred
Job description:
- Responsible for the execution of regional reporting on daily basis according to agreed formats.
- Conduct analysis of Sales KPIs
- Monitor growth at regional franchise level on MTM YTY Basis.
- Conduct analysis on regional Infringement of Sims Scratch Cards.
- Ensure daily Primary Stock lifting on forward locking Basis.
- Responsible for verification of Staff Commissioning Visibility to sales team
- Target allocation of all sales KPIs. monitoring of shared KPIs.
- Manage Call Sites Planning, Preparation of Business cases follow-up till the execution of proposed cell sites.
- Responsible for planning of quarterly franchise induction
- Plan and ensure achievement of targets for all Sales KPI @ regional level.
- Ensure 100 % accuracy of stock order processing.
- Monitor Complete supply chain process from payments till the delivery of stock.
- Responsible for postpaid pending File Clearance
- Manage timely recovery of counter receivables credit stock from franchises.
- Organize Regional Promos campaigns.
