| Job Description: |
This is direct reporting position to CEO/Director, the incumbent should have hands on experience in dealing with civil & land litigation, criminal litigation/prosecution and corporate matters handling independently, to record minutes, coordinate, handle and liaison with regulatory bodies and legal advisors. To perform all secretarial functions in a competitive environment. Note: Comprehensive interviews will be conducted to assess the deep knowledge of the desired expertise. Job Responsibility: · Coordinate with Board of Directors, members to arrange executive and board meetings etc. · Liaison and coordinate with legal advisors, regulatory bodies to handle group litigation matters and court cases. · To perform all Secretarial functions. · Build and maintain corporate relationship with regulatory bodies. |
