Overview

Deliver high performance around all aspects of Risk by ensuring compliance of regulatory, contractual, and applicable standards in alignment with HSE, security and quality systems are maintained as per the management commitment at all business functions.

Main Accountabilities:

• Work in coordination with Manager Risk in all related matters.
• Maintain all records of risk department of the stations.
• Regulate all the activities of Risk department of the station.
• Ensure regular review of risk assessment by all operations staff.
• Ensure regular exercises/practice of ERP, maintaining records and reporting to HO.
• Conduct inspections and carry out reporting as per job requirements.
• Work as part of investigating teams when detailed.
• Compile reports on audits, investigations, corrective actions as per requirements.
• Ensure proper implementing of Menzies requirements through SMART, MORSE.
• Assist Manager Risk in preparing stations for certifications & other external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments for general requirements of Risk.
• Keep all data/summaries readily available as may be required by department and higher authorities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager Risk.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Graduation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at different levels and from different geographical and ethnic cultures.
• Experience of working in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Experience of dealing with work of a confidential and sensitive nature.
• Experience in relevant business functions is a must.
• PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) literate to a proficient level.
• Fluent in both written & spoken English.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and disciplined with a flexible attitude to work.
