| Job Description: |
We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager for our international Telemarketing campaigns, who has zest and zeal for Sales, and drives the team towards learning and growth.
Skills Required (not limited to):
- Successful previous experience of managing minimum 100 sales executives and minimum of 5 team leads.
- Expertise of using Outbound Dialers admin console, e.g Vici dialer / Five9 for a team.
- Strong abilities of stabilizing the campaign.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Salary: 90,000 PKR / month
Shift timings: 6:00 pm to 4:00 am ( US calendar ) |
