| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Medical Billing Trainer to conduct training needs analysis, design, develop, and deliver training programs to new and existing employees. Must have proven experience in training fresher’s batch.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Training Specialist will handle all training requirements.
- Develops and delivers training materials such as curriculum lesson plans, handouts and slide presentations etc.
- Leads the implementation of all training initiatives. Monitors participant’s progress during training and identifies and elevates as necessary issues to management.
- Must be familiar with the clinical, practice management, reporting and/or billing functions and workflows.
- Excellent understanding in US medical billing with end-to-end process
- Strong knowledge on Medical Billing RCM and Accounts Receivables.
- Must have knowledge of Healthcare insurance of medical terminologies and HIPAA requirements.
- Excellent in English communication skills both verbal & written
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Billing Trainer.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Billing Trainer.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- CPB certification would be a plus point.
- Command over health industry-related software tools.
