| Job Description: |
Human resources specialists will be responsible for
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientations, Onboarding procedures.
- Conduct offboarding procedures of employee.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Maintain Daily attendance, Prepare monthly attendance sheet.
- Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
- Resolve issues between management and employees
