| Job Description: |
The Housing Development Officer (HDO) will primarily be responsible for mobilization, disbursement, recovery and overall management of the House loan portfolio that he/she is managing. The HDO will facilitate access to housing finance services for potential clients and ensure that project targets are being met, with quality, at the operational field level.
The job profile requires:
Master’s with 2 years and Bachelor’s with 4 Years of relevant lending experience in banking
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication, inter personal and facilitation skills
- Well versed with technology and ability to use banking applications/software
- Should be able to manage field work and travelling
- Ability to work in a goal oriented and time bound environment
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for asset products
- Strong cultural background with high personal and professional integrity
