Your Job description includes:

• Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas.


• Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department.


• Communicate through telephone with the drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests.


• Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes.


• Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances.


• Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with hotels and VIP personnel.


• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
