Job Description:

We are looking for full-time Quality Assurance (QA) having background experience in the Call Centre Industry for our office located in Rawalpindi.

  • The candidate will be responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our CSR staff who deal with our existing and potential customers.
  • An ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills writing skills and listening skills.
  • Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers.
  • Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
