We are searching for a dedicated, commercial and goal oriented ‘Business Developer´for Data/AI projects and vacancies.

The responsibilities include using various channels to find potential companies and approach the responsible people to achieve our sales goal.

Responsibilities:

•  Strategize different ways to build company portfolio (e.g. executing tactical research, events and sourcing campaigns);
•  Find, engage and activate companies through the use of mailings, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook), (public) platforms and alternative searching techniques;
•  Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders;
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas, including employment branding recommendations and event strategies;
• Partner with Commercial Manager to create an ongoing company mapping strategy;
•  Implement creative strategies to identify and engage with a qualified and diverse company pool.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor/University degree, preferably in commercial direction;
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written;
• Experience in an International environment is preferred;
• Creative in contacting companies and responsible people;
• Ability to activate passive companies;
• You can empathize with the (technical) target group;
• A positive and proactive personality; you are looking forward to popping into this job.
