Currently we are searching for a dedicated, commercial and goal oriented ‘Talent Sourcer´. As a ‘Talent Sourcer´ you find, engage and activate potential professionals to join our platform.

• The responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for our accounts’ needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build different talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns;
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook), (public) platforms and alternative searching techniques (partnering with Digital Marketeer);
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders;
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas, including employment branding recommendations, event & job board strategies;
• Partner with Commercial Manager  to create an ongoing talent mapping strategy;
• Implement creative strategies to identify and engage with a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor/University degree, preferably in commercial, communication or marketing;
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written;
• Experience in an International environment is preferred;
• Creative sourcing experience above and beyond common recruiting platforms;
• Ability to activate passive professionals;
• You can empathize with the (technical) target group;
