| Job Description: |
- When sales professionals are absent, handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, address client questions, advise them of delays, set delivery dates, and scheduling marketing activities.
- Creating and maintaining file systems to keep track of sales, generate reports, and communicate financial data to the finance department.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Sales team, as well as internal and external clients.
- Coordination and processing of advertising contracts, internal work orders, non-space agreements, paper request forms, client posting instructions, completion reports, credits, and all other documentation related to the sales process.
- Communicate with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear manner. Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
- Ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.
