Job Description: |
- Responsible for analyzing and proposing the solution design
- Developing and Configuring SAP system to support the system
- Documentation of the solution and Must have worked on Pakistan Specific Income Tax, PF, Gratuity and FSA etc. process and generating.
- Excellence in client handling with good communication skills.
- HR processes and conversion of Data and HR Master Data Maintenance and Bulk Data Uploads
- Should have had experience in Payroll, ESS/MSS, Schema, PCRs and other third- party payroll.
- Requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing and production support.
- Exposure to S4HANA and Fiori
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of SAP HR/Payroll implementation projects as well as the day to day SAP HR/ payroll queries.
- Cross Modular Integration and PY FI integration and Third Party Integrations.
- Experience of full project life-cycle and Understanding of different Sub Modules PA, OM, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, PD and Appraisal and Travel Management, Personnel Planning and Related standard and Customized Workflows understanding and Processes etc.
- Understanding of Workflows and Approval Process.
- Hands on Experience of Configuration of SAP HCM Module.
- Conducting UAT’s and Preparation of Training Manual
- Should have worked on Support projects and have at least one Implementation project experience
- Should be a good team player and Knowledge of HR ABAP will be and added advantage.
- Management and escalation of issues as appropriate
- Travel Advances, Travel Expense, Posting Run and Posting to finance, Travel WF.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM and Payroll problems/ failures and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identifying solutions through understanding client requirements. And communicating with customers in a timely and professional manner.
