We have openings at our Islamabad office for Software Engineers (Javascript, React, React Native) to join our fast growing and fast-paced international organization.
About the Role:
- As a React/React Native Developer, you will be responsible for implementing creative and innovative user experiences using modern browser technologies and techniques.
- Your job includes working closely with Product Management to understand and clarify requirements, working closely with our UX Design team to vet proposals from a technical feasibility perspective, and add creative influence to simplify, enhance, and impact our customers.
- You will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of a wide range of user interfaces and user experiences.
- You will work closely with the entire engineering team to execute on major deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 3-4 years of overall software development experience, with an emphasis on front end engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in modern TypeScript /JavaScript application development
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, web and mobile frameworks (React, React Native, Vue, Angular)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM etc
- Intimate knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development
- Strong understanding of SOLID Design principles.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git, Mercurial, SVN)
- Experience working with teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies (Jira)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with NodeJS would be an advantage
