| Job Description: |
- Administer all export of goods to meet export targets and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure compliance to all state and federal regulations.
- Prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method.
- Design export objectives and strategies according to customer requirements.
- Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe and identify appropriate business opportunities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents / clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.
- Prepare effective business plan to achieve required product volume and organize all market plans to suit customer requirements.
- Review customer response against all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.
- Administer all existing clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategies and optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify new markets.
- Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents, ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
- An excellent communication skill in English is a must.
- Any other task assigned by the authorities
