| Job Description: |
- Strong experience in sheet metal tooling, press shop production, welding, and stamping.
- Lead daily meetings and meet production goals.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, and clients.
- Provide feedback on overall team performance.
- Enforce security procedures by complying with all security and loss control procedures and standards.
- Manager machine utilization and efficiencies at acceptable levels.
- Responsible for cost saving work.
- Train, coach and discipline individual team members with focus on productivity and quality of end-product.
