| Job Description: |
- Supervise the overall activities of the shop regarding production, inspection, repairing, and delivery.
- Control of all activities regarding raw material/parts inventory and documentation.
- Implement the department plans and check all activities.
- Adjust and maintain fluctuation and cover the production loss.
- Responsible for the production and discipline of the subordinates working under control.
- Coordinate with the development department for new parts.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Working on different projects assigned by seniors.
- Monitor/control the production target set.
- To perform duties of a manager in the absence of a production manager.
