Job Summary


The HR Officer (Employee Development) is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. The potential candidate needs to identify and arrange suitable developmental solutions for employees. The individual must, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance


Job Description



  • Design and lead developmental initiatives around capacity building of employees.

  • Conduct learning needs assesments by regular consultation with teams..

  • Develop learning and development programs, awareness sessions and workshops as per organizational needs.

  • Create and/or deliver different trainings in online learning sessions.

  • Prepare reports on training, performance management and employee benefits effectiveness. Take end to end ownership of the performance management process design and management.

  • Trains the trainers involved in employee development efforts.

  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.

  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, performance optimization and present this research.

  • Any other task assigned by Team Lead/Manager.

Qualification and Experience
