We at Sabroso seeking for an enthusiastic, energetic & dynamic professional who is capable of performing HR functions.
- Routine coordination of HR activities
- Coordinating with Training activities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database ( Personal file, Personal database etc) of each employee
- Maintain record of Employees in soft and hard form
- To get the references/verifications of the credentials/claims provided by the candidates
- To make arrangements of employee orientation
- To maintain the secrecy of the firms all information
- To make the arrangements of interviews (including call upon, texting, time scheduling & communication with the interviewers/panel)
- To abide by the general course od discipline as per the existing policies
