| Job Description: |
- Manage and update the planning system/dispatch table of Field Service Engineers (FSEs).
- Manage logistics planning, job relevant documentation, project briefs and manning requirement of FSEs in coordination with project management.
- Maintaining utilization of Service Engineers while working in close coordination with Dispatchers, Project Managers and effective forward planning & dispatching.
- Planning of FSEs Trainings & Leaves of Service engineers in coordination with Team Leader.
- Maintain weekly and monthly KPIs reports.
- Working closely with Project Manager, Team Leader & Head of Department in achieving KPI targets.
- Coordination with regional/non regional dispatchers to assist for shortfalls in manning requirements for various projects.
- Control of time sheets, site reports, necessary back-ups and storage. Ensuring timely submission of timesheets to relevant department and maintain Intradepartmental & Interdepartmental coordination.
- Handle communications with FSEs and coordinate with relevant persons / department.
