Job Description:

This position is responsible of QA Knitting & Dyeing teams, Ensure Pre Production approval process implementation in bulk.

Improve Knitting and Dyeing quality, Knitting specification & Dyeing shade approvals.Main

Responsibilities;

1. Lead QA knitting & dyeing teams and ensure the optimum utilization of resources.

2. Ensure the implementation of set SOP of knitting and dyeing.

3. Conduct first output review of every new style against the approved sample to assure specifications.

4. Make preventive and corrective action plan with collaboration of knitting operations team to minimize potential risks for upcoming products.

5. Discuss inline inspection findings with respective production team to get the corrective actions.

6. Approve bulk knitting specification and dyed lot shades.

7. Analyze and maintain QA data of knitting and dyeing.
