Our Trainee program allows you to quickly progress with hands-on experience in organization-wide operational activities, ensuring you reach your full potential and succeed in your career.

Program Structure:

• The trainees will be an active part of our core operations team from day one.
• Trainees will learn various staff functions, including managing vendor base and third-party base production, dealing and negotiating with suppliers, managing the supply chain, and handling daily or monthly shipments & dispatches.

Trainees will be involved in;

• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Participating in planning, meetings, and other learning opportunities.
• Traveling to different vendors and perform the daily operational activities as required.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting in day-to-day operations.
•  Equip yourself for the booming international e-commerce industry.
• Earn a monthly stipend of Rs.22,000 (salary revises after training).
• Get a permanent placement with us (performance dependent).

Program Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.

 Skills;

• Ms-Office specially Ms-Excel command.
