Job Description: |
Note:
- Only exceptional candidates will be considered for this role with salary starting at 60,000 per month.
- The customer support representative is a dual role requiring good customer skills as well as IT skills to assist customers' inquiries and complex issues.
- Dealing with customers and internal inquiries from multiple channels including email, internal systems and on the phone.
- Excellent spoken & written skills in English are essential for this role as you will be dealing with customers/partners based in the UK.
Job role
- Your role as a customer support will be to assist customers via email and on the phone as well as the internal systems.
- You will also be expected call businesses to inform them regarding issues or queries they have. We expect the potential candidate to have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers via email or phone.
- Handling queries via emails & internal systems.
- Outbound calls to customers for further information to queries & issues.
- Administrative tasks
- Complete all daily tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Due to the high volume of expected applicants, we will only be contacting shortlisted candidates.

Working Hours: 9 hours per shift 1pm - 10pm Pakistan timings to align with UK |
