Note: 

• Only exceptional candidates will be considered for this role with salary starting at 60,000 per month.
• The customer support representative is a dual role requiring good customer skills as well as IT skills to assist customers' inquiries and complex issues.
• Dealing with customers and internal inquiries from multiple channels including email, internal systems and on the phone.
• Excellent spoken & written skills in English are essential for this role as you will be dealing with customers/partners based in the UK.

Job role

• Your role as a customer support will be to assist customers via email and on the phone as well as the internal systems.
• You will also be expected call businesses to inform them regarding issues or queries they have. We expect the potential candidate to have the following skills:

Responsibilities

•  Assisting customers via email or phone.
•  Handling queries via emails & internal systems.
•  Outbound calls to customers for further information to queries & issues.
•  Administrative tasks
•  Complete all daily tasks in a timely and professional manner.
•  Due to the high volume of expected applicants, we will only be contacting shortlisted candidates.

Working Hours: 9 hours per shift 1pm - 10pm Pakistan timings to align with UK
