Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our clients. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems and provide timely support.


  • Consult with clients and ensure required information is provided in a proper manner

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Understanding queries to quickly respond to root of the problem

  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email until a solution is achieved

  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

  • Refer to internal database to provide accurate tech solutions

  • Ensure all issues are properly logged

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Hands on experience in MySQL Database


  • BS(CS)


  • 1-2 Years

Working Hours:

  • Candidate must be willing to work according to evening shift (3 PM-11 PM)
