Job Description:

 eZhire Private Ltd is looking for a Customer Service Agent that will be the liaison between the company and its current and potential customers.

The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.


  • Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, process bookings, forms, and applications.

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests. 

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role in a UAE based Car Rental Company will be a plus point.

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
