| Job Description: |
- He will supervise real estate sales agents.
- Will work for selling and buying of the society plots and homes in the town, leasing offices, work directly with clients who are in the market to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- He will set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the sales team as well as agents to work towards, and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis and making strong networks with dealers.
- He will maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Sales executives will research about new housing regulations and legislation that can be use for making sales & payment plans for boosting sales.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
