Job Title: Property Consultant

Starting Salary AED5000/PKR 2,25,000 and Commission

UAE Visa, Air ticket and Health Insurance will be provided by company

• Your role as a Property Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients.
• The main function of your role is to be an active property consultant and you will be required to source properties, buyers and investors to assess and to commit them to sales transactions.
• Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai/UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine client’s needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value Prepare necessary paperwork.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
